Waxing Specialist was founded by Marta Zaczkowska, an international waxing expert with almost two decades of experience.
Waxing Specialist has grown into a huge success within the beauty industry since its doors opened in 2012 and has proudly gained a reputation for pioneering professional waxing treatments.
As a business, we believe in the highest hygiene standards and adhere to a NO DOUBLE DIPPING POLICY. We want you to know that your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. Your satisfaction and results are our greatest priority. We have built a reputation based on customer satisfaction and training excellence.
We never compromise on wax quality. We choose cruelty-free, vegan products. We work with our own Wax Brand ZAKAWAX, offering the best quality waxing.

I have created a much more personalised individual consultation process and aftercare advice. All of these developments are reflections of my observations from almost two decades of experience in the waxing industry in both the UK and Poland. This has enabled me to elevate the client’s experience and consequently, the business reputation of Waxing Specialist.
I always strive to improve. I seek to give back to the beauty industry as an educator, passing on everything I know about waxing.

We ONLY accept Online Bookings please use our app to avoid disappointment. We are sorry but we do not accept telephone or e-mail bookings or cancellations.
We have a strict 24h cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel within 24h or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise Waxing Specialist to charge the credit or debit card the full amount of your missed appointment. A cancellation of an appointment will result in the loss of the reservation fee (no more than £1.50).
