Another excellent appointment, everything was perfect, extra care is taken regarding Covid including temperature being taken on arrival. I cannot recommend visiting highly enough.
Thank you Marta, you run an amazing business which really does do what it says on the tin! The most thorough and pain free (ish) waxing; no nonsense and SO good on hygiene.
My first visit back since lockdown. Every thing went perfectly, the salon has a full protection procedure in place. You feel safe at all times. I was very happy with everything and my next appointment is booked.

Incredible waxing salon. Was so nervous going to a new salon, but the service was excellent and calmed down straight away. Every step of the process was explained and you can see through the care that they take that they are passionate about what they do. The product used is exceptional. So glad that I found it - will definitely go back in the future!
They couldn’t have made my Brazilian and full leg wax better if they tried! Plus really great COVID safety measures in place.

They take you through step by step offering advice and after care . I've waxed with Waxing Specialist through my pregnancies and after and I have always had the same fantastic service. Highly recommended (and I have tried MANY waxing salons in London!) Girls are fantastic and providing such a great service. The salon is clean and runs on time. Very happy to have found this place! Even though I have now moved to the other side of London I still make my way to waxing specialist for my appointments as I can’t fathom going anywhere else now!

Honestly one of the best waxes in London, been going here for 3 years. Just went to book an appointment and seen people writing bad reviews! Clearly they look at the website with their eyes shut as the cancellation policy is clearly shown. Martha makes you feel welcome and is highly experienced. Would never go anywhere else.
I love this place. The best wax I've ever experienced. Thorough consultation beforehand, everything was explained including contraindications to the waxing, hair regrowth and when to come back. No hair left at all and the least pain I've ever experienced.
I have had so many bad and painful waxing experiences that I was very nervous about going to the salon, but for my first appointment with her, Marta took her time to explain me each step of the treatment, with the right advices, a quick and smooth gesture, I totally forgot about discomfort. I give up on any other place, and strongly recommend everyone to go to Waxing Specialist.

I'm certain it would have saved myself a lot of pain. Marta, the owner, is very professional. She explained the treatment at detail, putting me at ease. She also explained the hygiene process and the salon is really clean. It’s so quick! Marta can do a full Hollywood in less than 15 min. She used wax that smells like chocolate. Who doesn't like chocolate? You can book online so there's no awkwardness of phoning up and explaining what wax you want. What I disliked: NOTHING

We have a strict 24h cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel within 24h or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise Waxing Specialist to charge the credit or debit card the full amount of your missed appointment. A cancellation of an appointment will result in the loss of the reservation fee (no more than £1.50).
