I love this place. The best wax I've ever experienced. Thorough consultation beforehand, everything was explained including contraindications to the waxing, hair regrowth and when to come back. No hair left at all and the least pain I've ever experienced.
I have had so many bad and painful waxing experiences that I was very nervous about going to the salon, but for my first appointment with her, Marta took her time to explain me each step of the treatment, with the right advices, a quick and smooth gesture, I totally forgot about discomfort. I had such a positive experience with Marta today with both my Hollywood and upper leg wax. Nothing compares with this salon to others I have tried before. Marta uses her very own wax product - Zakawax which felt smooth to apply with minimum pain on removal - amazing! Marta is super friendly, with a very professional approach, explaining and consulting throughout the appointment, exactly what she was doing and what she needed me to do, I felt such at ease the whole time.
